ARROW recognises the importance of forging genuine and equal partnerships with NGOs that share common goals, objectives and strategies to enable NGOs from the region to present a united and stronger voice in order to influence women’s health and rights in the regional and international arena. These NGOs are also committed to ICPD and Beijing implementation of women’s health and rights, particularly sexual and reproductive health and rights. Most of these partners have either participated or collaborated in ARROW’s activities or projects.

ARROW’s work in Thailand involves the International Conference of Population and Development (ICPD) + 15 Project. ARROW’s two project partners  - The Southeast Asian Consortium on Gender, Sexuality, and Health (Seaconsortium) and Institute for Population and Social Research have decided to focus on two issues that fall under sexual rights. The first study is on sexual harassment in work places and educational institutes, while the second study is on sexuality education for adolescents in Thailand.

ARROW has also worked in Thailand to monitor the implementation of the ICPD PoA at the +5 anniversary.
