ARROW recognises the importance of forging genuine and equal partnerships with NGOs that share common goals, objectives and strategies to enable NGOs from the region to present a united and stronger voice in order to influence women’s health and rights in the regional and international arena. These NGOs are also committed to ICPD and Beijing implementation of women’s health and rights, particularly sexual and reproductive health and rights. Most of these partners have either participated or collaborated in ARROW’s activities or projects.

ARROW’s work in Vietnam involves the International Conference of Population and Development (ICPD) + 15 Project (link). ARROW has three project partners in Vietnam  - Centre for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP), Research Centre for Gender, Family and Development (CGFED) and the Institute for Reproductive and Family Health (RaFH). All three partners are working together on the issue of abortion and reviewing the policies and practices that surround this issue. They are advocating abortion counselling for unmarried female youth.

ARROW has also worked in Vietnam to monitor the implementation of the ICPD PoA at the +5 anniversary.
