Programme Manager, Advocacy & Capacity-building Nalini Singh, from the Fiji Islands, joined ARROW as the Programme Manager (Advocacy and Capacity Building) in late 2009. Nalini is a motivated and dedicated programme administrator with a wide range of experience in the field of women’s human rights, gender and development issues. She has over nine years experience working with regional human rights and women's human rights organisations. Prior to joining ARROW, Nalini was a Programme Officer with Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD) based in Chiang Mai, Thailand where she coordinated, facilitated and managed two core programmes. Nalini is dedicated to the promotion of human rights, social justice and development for women in the region.
Nalini is a graduate from the University of the South Pacific (USP) with a combined arts and sciences degree. In her ever-diminishing free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening. She also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends. She has over the past few years volunteered her time in helping local NGOs in Chiang Mai with their organisational development needs.
