Raijeli was on ARROW’s Programme Advisory Committee member from 2004 – 2007.

Originating from Fiji Islands, she graduated from the University of the South Pacific, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in History, Politics and Economics. Her work experience spans project planning, management, implementation, and monitoring. She has extensive experience in lobbying and advocacy work, working with NGOs, unions, employer groups and the government at national, regional and international levels. She is skilled in strategic planning, policy development and public and media relations. She was active with the Fiji Women's Rights Movement as the Project Officer for the Women's Employment & Economic Rights (WEER) project and as the Capacity Building Adviser and Acting Coordinator.
